About Us
Inspired by our family vacations to Greece, childhood memories of our mothers and grandmothers baking delicious sweets in the kitchen, and the relaxed atmosphere of a good Greek coffee shop, we embarked on a mission to create the famous Bougatsa from scratch—something we felt was missing in North America. Not an easy feat, especially after observing how the authentic bougatsa is actually made! With an aspiring young chef in the family, and a father with an unrelenting desire for perfection, the journey to learn the art of bougatsa-making began. After many trials and errors, a few trips to Greece to get experience at a real Bougatsatsidiko, a converted home test kitchen coupled with lots of friends and family testers providing feedback, we finally took the plunge and jumped head on into the bakery/café business.

Our Mission
By preparing authentic, classic Greek recipes and coffees, our objective is to bring back fond memories of vacations in Greece with every single bite! We’re not about the next food trend. We choose to keep our recipes for bougatsa and loukoumades as close as possible to the original ones we grew up with in order to maintain the authenticity of our products.
